Miami, Florida is projected to be completely underwater by 2100. As a Miami girl who loves her sunshine and Cuban food, I cannot let this happen!

Initially learning this piece of information triggered my interest in climate change. After researching the global impacts and solutions of this pressing matter I decided to concentrate my career in sustainability.

I am currently enrolled in a Climate Change and Society class at Emory University to learn more about the science behind it all. With the knowledge I gain, I share blogs on random aspects of global warming of which interest me so I hope interest you.
